Leadership

Meet Dr. Connie C. Green & Bishop Roger Green, Sr.

Dr. Connie C. Green is the Founder and Executive Director of Life Flow Outreach Ministries, Inc. A Certified Christian Counselor, author, evangelist, motivational speaker, and ministry leader, she has spent approximately 15 years helping individuals navigate trauma, abuse, addiction, anger, divorce, and other life challenges. Her work is rooted in helping people heal from painful experiences, recognize unhealthy patterns, rebuild confidence and self-worth, strengthen their faith, and move toward healthier, purpose-filled lives. Through counseling, teaching, writing, and ministry, Dr. Green encourages individuals to move beyond simply surviving and discover the strength, faith, and purpose needed to thrive.

Bishop Roger Green, Sr. serves as Vice President of Life Flow Outreach Ministries, Inc., bringing more than four decades of ministry, leadership, and community service experience to the organization. He is also the Founder of Prayer Deliverance Ministries, Inc. and has served the Greater Charlotte community through ministry, marriage and family advocacy, education, and motivational speaking. His educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree, studies in business administration and religious studies, and extensive ministry leadership experience.

Together, Dr. Connie C. Green and Bishop Roger Green, Sr. bring a shared commitment to healing, faith, family, personal growth, and purposeful living as they lead the mission of Life Flow Outreach Ministries, Inc. forward.
